Project Title: Microsoft Teams for Trainers

Tools Used in Development: Pixabay, Articulate Rise, and Google Docs.

Development Time: 8 hours

Client: Fictional healthcare company

Summary: A training team has recently moved from Zoom to Microsoft (MS) Teams. Stakeholders requested continued productivity, accessibility and ease of use. A short and interactive design was necessary, and the best format was an interactive infographic. I used Articulate Rise for rapid development.

Learning outcomes for this micro-learning course are to: Recognize key distinctions from previous web-conferencing tool (Zoom) and answer common MS Teams questions.
