Project Title: Forest Bank Loans

Summary: This user-facing infographic was developed for an upcoming event in honor of Financial Empowerment Month (April 2024).
The objective for this learning solutions was: to grab attention and emphasize Forest Bank's competitive rates. A bar graph was included to illustrate a recent study about local banks, which revealed that Forest Bank offered the lowest interest rates.
Visitors will see this infographic at the teller windows and near the waiting area. It will also be displayed on the website. To avoid losing potential customers, the design needed to be as concise as possible.
Icons were customized using Illustrator and Google Slides. The bar chart at the bottom right illustrates data from the survey. Other important elements are the interest rate, contact information, and a call to action - to apply for a loan at the lowest rate in the area.

Summary: This educational resource was developed in order to capture post-training details requested by learners.
Upon completing a series of Digital Skills courses, this user-facing job aid was attached to a follow-up email. The clear design guides them through device set-up and using existing resources.
